Central London event: Introductory Evening to our Culture Foundation Programme

On 29 September, we will be holding an introductory session to our "Culture Foundation Programme". It will take place in Central London, at the famous Lord's Cricket Ground, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

By attending this session, you will learn about:

  • Six key individual qualities that are the foundations of a strong corporate culture: What do they mean and how they impact the way you work and your work environment.

  • A creative process structured around three very distinct ways of thinking (the Dreamer, the Realist and the Critic) and the development of a “storyboard” used to describe the steps necessary to achieve your “dream goal”. You will be able to identify your own preferred way of thinking and find out about others’. You will also be able to experience the effectiveness of working as a group and of respecting each other’s way of thinking in order to find creative solutions to a real-life situation, even in a few minutes.

If you think, like us, that culture is a key driver of long-term business performance, then you are bound to find our approach engaging and thought-provoking.

Since our philosophy is to engage the whole person – mind, body, heart & soul – there will also be an opportunity for some fine wine-tasting.
